WP Objective:

The main functions of WP2 are to provide for the internal and external communications and the evaluation of the project. Thus WP2 objectives are to ensure continuous, precise and timely flow of information inside the partnership and among the different levels of the project, to grant the visibility of the project outputs and results and the SEE programme among the project target groups at transnational and national level and to create a basis for monitoring of the project progress.  Important tasks of the package are the identification of the stakeholders, the description of their communication needs and defining the ways of informing them, as well as formulating the key messages to the stakeholders and their frequency depending on their type for both internal and external communication.

ERDF PP6 - Agency for Sustainable Development and Eurointegration - Ecoregions (ASDE) is responsible for WP2.

Main activities within WP2:

• Setting and evaluation of the Communication plan (1 October 2012-30 September 2014)
• Project dissemination and promotion (1 October 2012-30 September 2014)
• Development and maintenance of ID:WOOD website, visual identity and promotional material (1 October 2012-30 September 2014)
