WP Objective:

Project management and implementation, supervision and coordination of a system ensuring the correct advancement and monitoring of the project from the financial, technical and strategic point of view, carried out by the LP – Slovenian Forestry Institute. A joint Steering Committee (SC) is established and five transnational coordination meetings (CM) among Project Partners (PPs) are envisaged to ensure the project monitoring and technical management. Members of SC commit themself in finding and pave the way to opportunities to ensure sustainability and transferability of the project results. SC meetings are being held in the same occasions of CMs. PP's Administrative Responsibles under the coordination of LP meet all administrative and financial obligations. A quality evaluation by an external auditor is foreseen at mid and final times.

LP - Slovenian Forestry Institute (SFI) is responsible for WP1.
